PP Extrusion Lamination Suitable Ink Series. It Gives Excellent Bond Strength For PP Extrusion Lamination Structure.
Printing Process : Gravure Printing
Applications : Suitable for all woven bags which are PP Extrusion laminated with printed OPP films.
Substrates : BOPP (Minimum require treatment 38 mN/m = dynes/cm)

Usually, PP Extrusion lamination bond strength of > 1N/25mm for half-tone area and > 2N/25mm for the solid printing area can be achieved. Exact values are dependent on substrate quality as well as Extrusion parameters and film weight applied.
